Litter & Waste

In 2016 St Pat’s were awarded the ‘Litter and Waste’ Green Flag which is the first theme in the Green School’s Programme.

A lot of hard work went into achieving this prestigious award. All members of the school community made a big effort to reduce the amount of waste we were creating!

Litter wardens checked the school playground after playtime to ensure our school was a litter free zone!

We all became very aware of litter in our school environment and continue to strive to be a ‘Green School’.
